General TOS
Overview
Do NOT use my art for AI training
Do not use my art for NFTs
Please ask before using my art for merch, or products! I would like to know before I begin work on your commission if you plan to use my art in this way!
I can deny a commission for any reason
I can use your art as examples for future commissions
I do not mind the use of my art for banners, PFPs and branding, but please do credit me!
Communication
Communication can be through Email, Discord, Blusky DM’s or Ko-if DM’sI tend to ask a lot of questions and updates, please keep that in mind!
You will be updated if I need an extended break or if there are delaysIf i don’t respond in a few hours/days, ping me!
Payment
I take Payment through Paypal or Venmo, see details on Illustration or Plush for more details!
Refunds
I will NOT accept refunds after yarn colors are bought or when sketches are completed.
if I for whatever reason cannot complete a commission, a full refund will be given to client
ETAs and Deadlines
I typically don't give ETAs for commission work, as my schedule fluctuates as does my free time. If you need a commission done by a certain date or time, please contact me!this may be an extra cost depending on how soon the expected completion date is
And another note...
I don't typically like getting too personal, but please note I have some social anxiety and struggle with my mental health.because of this, I can be slow to respond, I often need pretty (brief but) frequent breaks to manage myself. I also do not respond well to messages that I may deem threatening, which may include blunt messages.That being said- I do my best to give the best customer service I can! All I ask is for those to be kind and patient while commissioning me! I don't expect super professional communication though!

Once your commission is accepted, we can discuss details and elements of the piece. I work best off descriptions of the character, backstory and as much detail as possible!I send updates as often as possible to avoid revisions. Major revisions will only be accepted during the sketch or thumbnail phase.After that, minor revisions can be requested at any phase!

I will collect payment after Yarn colors are finalized but before yarn is purchased!I will collect shipping right before the plush is ready to be shipped outfinal price of your commission will be calculated after the design is finalized, but before yarn is bought

Colors may not match references 100%, this is due to yarn color avaliability. I will try my best to color match as close as possible!

Process
The plush making process is a lot harder to define for me than the illustration one.
Many details may need to be translated from 2D to 3D. Because of this, the process is a lot more involved than it would be for an illustration.If you are looking to commission a plush, please have multiple references of your requested character, and be able to answer many questions!This process will be streamlined in the future, I'm still getting my footing as a custom plush maker!The following is my typical process for making a plush:
Pick Colors (You may ask for a Yarn Color Swatch during this stage)
Initial design concept sketch
Crochet Head
Add eyes and facial details
Crochet the rest of base (Body, limbs)
Crochet any additional pieces, such as Tail, Ears, and hair
Sew limbs and details to body
Sew head on body
Additional details if needed
Revisions
During the discussion or design process (before any physical work or purchasing of yarn is done) you may ask for as many revisions as you'd like.
I will send as many work in progress pictures as I can during the process.Due to the nature of crochet, it is very hard to replace certain details or markings after the piece is finished!Revisions will cost extra if:
New yarn colors need to be purchased
Entire pieces (limbs, head, body, tail, etc) need to be redone
Notable design changes are made
Revisions are made after pieces are sewn on together
after the limbs are sewn to the body, there is very little I can do in terms of changing design elements from the limbs. If a major change is made after this step, Such as but not limited to: color changes, major limb redesign, marking placement, anything that means the main body will need to be redone-
I will charge you as if it was a separate plush.
I will send updates such as:

Plush turnaround mock up
Work in progress for multiple parts of the plush process, based on different parts or important markings
Any other updates requested by client
Work in progress when all pieces are finished and sewing pieces together begins
Shipping
Shipping will be an extra cost that will be charged after your plush has been completed.
I live in the Continental United States, international shipping is quite expensive!If you want to commission a plush, I suggest budgeting at least $100 USD for international, or $25-50 for domestic ontop of the price for your plush commission.Once shipped, I will give you a tracking number for your plush. There is nothing for you to do but to wait for your cuddly new friend to get to you! :D
